We begin by exploring what feels difficult at a manageable and safe pace. There is no right or wrong way to begin. You're welcome to bring whatever feels most present for you.

Gentle Insight

We look at what shapes your experiences to understand your view of the world. We may use tools to help navigate your feelings and develop coping mechanisms.

Steady Change

I offer a calm, accepting space where you can slow down and feel heard. Together, we build clarity and self-compassion, supporting a steadier sense of self over time.

I work integratively, using a blend of person-centred, attachment-informed, and CBT approaches.

£50 / per session

I currently offer online therapy via Microsoft Teams. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £50.

Payment via bank transfer

Availability

Sessions are usually weekly, though we can discuss what feels right for you. There is no long-term commitment, and you're welcome to go at a pace that feels comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting for support. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.
